Bursa Uludag University participated in a dissemination event on the 2nd of June 2023, to promote the project SWITCHtoHEALTHY. The event took place in the coastal city of Çeşme, in the Aegean region, at the Ege University Çeşme Tourism Faculty building, and attracted a large audience of academics as well as general public mainly composed by parents.

During the event, Professor Metin Güldaş delivered a presentation on the Mediterranean diet and its numerous benefits. He highlighted the positive factors that contribute to the adherence of individuals to the Med diet, as well as the negative factors that hinder its widespread adoption.
